Job description of a Champion for Natalya’s Fund
A champion is our local representative in the UK at a church, or in a community or acceptable community organisation. He or she takes opportunities to promote the Fund, using agreed resources which the trustees ensure are provided. Opportunities may include articles in magazines or newsletters, presentations during a service or other meeting, special fundraising or promotional events, and casual conversations. Resources provided may include attendance by trustees at an event or meeting (in person or by video), printed materials, displays, collection facilities, help with magazine articles, information about the Fund, and advice. The Champion role is unpaid and voluntary, although approved expenses are reimbursed.
Champions meet with the trustees as necessary and are warmly invited to join in the monthly video prayer meeting.
